  In this interview, Mr. Al-Herbish speaks of seminal study commissioned by OFID, entitled Biofuels and Food Security - Implications of an Accelerated Biofuels Production, which was prepared by IIASA (International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis). The interview took place on the occasion of the 4th International OPEC Seminar, which held March 18-19 at the Hofburg Palace in Vienna, Austria. At the seminar, Mr. Al-Herbish chaired a Special OFID Session about the findings of the study.
