Purpose
To help cover a financing gap caused by building material cost increases and the depreciation of the US dollar

  • construction of a shipyard for repairing and maintaining large commercial ships and floating oil rigs; and
  • building of a 400 m-long quay wall.

  • construction and/or rehabilitation of grain storage facilities, schools, animal vaccination parks and water supply systems, as well as other rural infrastructure.
