Metolong Water Supply (US$6 million) |

| To meet the water demand for both domestic and industrial use in the capital Maseru and outlying towns Roma, Mazenod and Teyateyaneng |

- construction of a dam on the South Phuthiatsana River with a holding capacity of 52 million m3, along with a pumping station ;
- construction of pumping stations to divert water to various treatment plants;
- installation of approximately 110 km of transmission pipeline;
- construction of four service reservoirs;
- engineering services;
- acquisition of land; and
- establishment of a Project Implementation Unit.
