| To carry out agricultural development activities in three pastoral zones in northwest Mali |

- construction of 15 wells and six tube-wells with solar-powered pumps;
- building of seven vaccination parks and three cattle markets;
- procurement of vehicles and agricultural and office equipment;
- provision of training to the local population in areas such as literacy, maintenance of the infrastructure and environmental protection; and
- project implmentation unit support.
