September 6, 2006 Pailles Guibies Sewerage (US$4 million)

Purpose:

To co-finance construction of a sewerage network in the southern outskirts of the capital Port Louis

Activities:

construction of 11 km of trunk sewer, averaging 500 mm in diameter; installation of 25 km of reticulated pipe; construction of a pumping station, including all related mechanical works; provision of approximately 1,600 house connections, as well as connections for industrial sites; and consultancy services.

US$10 million
