Lingučre-Boulal Road (supplementary loan) (US$4.7 million)
Purpose:
To cover funding gaps owing to the devalued dollar, an increase in construction prices and modifications that were made to the original road design.
Activities:
  • reconstruction of the gravel-surfaced, 120 km-long Lingučre-Boulal Road;
  • rehabilitation of a 5 km-long internal road;
  • installation of drainage ditches and culverts; and,
  • consultancy services.

  • construction of community-level infrastructure as identified by value-chain forums;
  • development of structuring of value chains;
  • promotion of dialogue and knowledge management; and
  • project implementation unit.
