80,000 The grant will support an initiative of the Arca de Noé, which will establish five “solidarity” food stores in the Municipality of Pasto in south Colombia. The shops will market low-cost, basic food items from local producers and bakeries in the poorer districts. 50,000 This grant will help support the Hope Center Program in Haiti, sponsored by the non-profit organization All the Children are Children. The scheme aims at providing individuals in rural, impoverished areas, especially women and youth, with skills training and health education. 45,000 This grant will co-finance the 16th Conference of the IAS convening under the title of Science, Technology and Innovation for Sustainable Development in the Islamic World, which will take place in Kazan, Tatarstan, Russian Federation, in August. 21.07.2008

100,000 This grant will be divided evenly between two Austrian-based NGOs: the Austrian Relief Organization and CARE Austria as part of OFID's sponsorship of the Vienna Marathon, which will take place April 27, 2008. The funds will be used to carry out works in least-developed countries. 11.03.2008
50,000 To support Private Enterprise Partnership in the Middle East and North Africa (PEP-MENA), a multi-donor facility for advisory services to support private enterprise development in the MENA region.
